Job applications are either received online or via postal mail/ courier as per instruction in the advertisement. For online job vacancies, candidate may apply after registering them with TeachandResearch. Candidates are required to first complete their CV and then apply for the open job vacancy. In case of postal mail/ courier, the application as per given format with the copies of all required documents must be dispatched prior closing date.
Candidates may register themselves by sign up using valid E-mail ID at Register form.
You can make / update your resume after login using valid email / password and click on “Manage CV” link where you can review status (complete / incomplete) of different parts of CV (i.e. Personal Info, Education etc) and update as required.
In order to submit the application, you will have to adopt the following procedure:
  1. Complete / Review your CV as per instructions given at Sr # 3.
  2. Click on Jobs link to view available jobs and click “details: button of the desired post from the list.
  3. Review details of the post and click on “Check Eligibility” button to check your eligibility for the desired post.
  4. If result is eligible then you can click on “Apply” button otherwise self-explanatory message will be shown.
  5. Go to “My Applications” from User Area to note down Reference No. and Post Code for future reference.
In case of any query / trouble related to website issues i.e. application is not being submitted, problem in signing up etc. you may contact at webmaster@techandresearch.com with your and post detail. For other queries like job application status, test venue information etc. please contact at HRM@techandresearch.com. You can also fill Contact Us form for your query. Your queries will be addressed at the earliest. These E-mail IDs will only be active when there are some job opening are available.
For those posts in which online application are solicited only online applications will be entertained. Hard copy is only accepted for the posts that requires application via post mail/courier.
Yes, candidates may apply for more than one post if meet the advertised criteria.
No, the Online System will not allow you to submit your application after 11:59 PM of the closing date of advertisement. For postal application, application must be dispatched before or on closing date.
Shortlisted candidates will be intimated by email / SMS otherwise status of application can be checked by logging in and click on “My Applications” from User Area.
You can get your Job Application Reference Number again by logging in to your account at our website and clicking on “My Applications” from My Profile.
Candidates will be informed about the test date, place, and time only if they are short listed by all or one of the following means:
  1. Test / Interview call letter via postal mail.
  2. SMS, E-mail or Phone Call.
  3. By updating Application Status on Web Site.
Station of post is always mentioned against each post in the advertisement and test / interview of the same will be conducted at the given station only.
Any application is likely to be rejected if any one of the following conditions applies:
  1. Inaccurate, wrong, misleading or erroneous information.
  2. The applicant does not hold Pakistani Nationality.
  3. The applicant is underage or overage for that job.
  4. The applicant does not meet the educational requirements for the job; this also includes specialized field.
  5. Incomplete degree(s) / certificate(s).
  6. The degree(s) mentioned are not recognized by HEC.
  7. The applicant's professional experience does not meet the job requirements.
  8. The applicant is less qualified / experienced as compared to other applications for the same post based on merit.
  9. Any other criteria defined.
All the new open positions are advertised in National Press and updated on techandresearch.com Job Portal.

No, shortlisting will be done at data available on closing date of the advertisement. You can visit “Contact Us” link for any update in record.
Yes, it can be remove before closing date of advertisement from post detail page and click on “Remove Application” button.
Feedback / queries are always welcome. In case your issue has not been addressed in FAQs, you may register your query / Feedback on the “Contact Us” page or directly by sending us an E-mail.
Please update all record from Matric level to FA, BS and every field in the qualifcation section (i.e., Marks obtained, total marks, division etc). Updating Master without Matric, FA record will be mark incomplete.
No, we require minimum 2.5 CGPA, As per policy Percentage in CGPA system not counts and can be less/greater than 60.
